4) When I go to the supermarket there are two different ways that I can purchase squash.
  • Option 1: 400ml for 80p
  • Option 2: 1 litre for £1.90

2) I go to the supermarket and have the option to purchase bananas individually or as a pack. If I purchase the bananas individually, I pay 89p per kg. If I purchase the bananas in a pack, I get 650g of bananas for 55p. Which way of purchasing bananas is the best value for money? Clearly show your working.
 
3) Two different yoghurts have the following nutritional information.
  • Yoghurt A: 15g of fat per 90g serving
  • Yoghurt B: 25g of fat per 160g serving
Which option has more fat per gram of yoghurt? Clearly show your working.
 
4) There are two different fizzy drinks on sale at a shop.
  • Variety A has 29g of sugar per 330 ml
  • Variety B has 78g per 750 ml
Which variety has less sugar per ml? Clearly show your working.
