2) It costs me £60 to make 100 cupcakes. I sell each of the cupcakes for 80p.

3) One t-shirt from a wholesaler costs £8. I buy 600 t-shirts and sell them all for £4,200. What is my profit or loss?

4) I work in a burger van. Each burger costs £1.40 to make. I sell each of the burgers for £2. On a particular day, my total sales were £400. What was my profit?

You may use a calculator for the following questions.

1) A game shop sells a new game for £39.99. On a particular day, they sell 82 games. Each game costs £32.50. How much profit do they make?

2) I sell jumpers for £14. I sell 20 jumpers and make £60 profit. How much does each jumper cost me to buy?

3) I sell 300 tables for a total of £7,500. Each table costs me £14.53.

4) I make and sell Christmas hampers. Each Christmas hamper costs £15.50 to produce. The selling price of the Christmas hampers is 40% higher than the cost of producing the hampers. I sell 34 hampers.
