4.4 A) Congruent Shapes
Congruent shapes are identical in shape and in size; all of the lengths and angles for congruent shapes must be the same.
The two triangles above are congruent and we can tell this because all of the angles are the same and all of the sides are the same. We will be looking at congruent triangles in more detail in the next two sections.

Congruent shapes are identical in shape and size. You may find it useful to spin the page around when answering this question. This is because it will often be the case that the congruent shapes will be rotated versions of one another.
On the above diagram, shapes B and F are congruent. Also, shapes C and D are congruent.
